If you are unable to start or continue your course or service due to serious, verifiable life events, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
Examples include:
- Medical emergencies (hospitalization, severe illness, or disability preventing participation)
- Accidents resulting in incapacity
- Death of the candidate or an immediate family member
- Unforeseen incidents such as natural disasters, legal restrictions, or sudden relocations due to job transfers
Required Documentation:
- Medical certificates or hospital records
- Official death certificates (for close relatives)
- Police reports or legal documents (for incidents)
B. Service Interruptions Caused by LSA GLOBAL (Full Refund)
If we are unable to deliver the service you paid for due to reasons on our side, we will refund you in full.

- Instructor unavailability beyond a reasonable time

C. Early Cancellation Before Service Starts (Partial Refund)
- 100% refund if canceled within 48 hours of payment
- 80% refund if canceled 3–7 days after payment
- 50% refund if canceled 8–14 days after payment
- No refund after 14 days unless due to exceptional circumstances (see section A)
D. Exam Preparation & Language Courses

E. Certified Translations & Interpreting
- Before translator assignment → Full refund
- After translator assignment but before delivery → 50% refund
- After delivery → No refund, except for proven quality issues directly attributable to LSA GLOBAL.
3. Non‑Refundable Situations
- You changed your mind without valid reasons.
- You failed to attend scheduled sessions without notice.
- You did not meet technical requirements (internet, device, etc.) for online courses.
- You provided incorrect information that affected the service delivery.
- You request a refund after full completion of a course or translation service.
4. Refund Process
Step 1 — Submit a Request

- Service purchased
- Payment reference number
- Reason for refund
- Supporting documents (if applicable)
Step 2 — Review by LSA GLOBAL

Step 3 — Refund Issuance
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

In some cases, we may offer:
- Course credit valid for 12 months
- Transfer of enrollment to a different course or candidate
6. Protecting Candidates’ Rights
- Providing legally compliant certified translations recognized in the UK, USA, Cameroon, and worldwide
- Delivering CEFR‑aligned courses taught by real teachers, never prerecorded sessions
- Ensuring secure online payments and transparent refund processes
7. Final Notes
- This refund policy is binding upon payment of any LSA GLOBAL service.
- By enrolling in a course, purchasing translations, or subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by this policy.
- We reserve the right to update this policy, but any changes will be clearly communicated.
